Very prompt, and I didn’t wait too long.
Whe I can in for my service appointment there were 4 employees but only one appeared to be working. When I was finally waited on after standing there for several minutes Charlotte acted like I was bothering her. The lady that arrived after me and have the same services received her vehicle before me. I told them an issue with a sensor and it was never addressed. The worst experience I’ve had there. I am buying a new Toyota soon and this made me consider looking at different dealerships. Is Lily no longer employed there? She never made me feel like I was a bother.
Charlotte was very knowledgeable, informative and prompt.

The recall work was completed today on my RAV4 Prime, which I appreciate Toyota honoring. The recall instructions describe two levels of correction. The basic level is to install a protective boot over the rear electric motor connection if the connection is not corroded. If corrosion is present, the recall notice states that the entire cable should be replaced.
I have photos of the connection showing corrosion prior to the recall service. I was hoping that Toyota would issue the recall. It appears that only the boot was installed and the cable was not replaced as outlined in the recall instructions.

Toyota South are kind, professional folks who genuinely provide great service to all! Charlotte was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. Customer service is a ten out of ten and highly recommend them to everyone!
Ashton was great. Some of the other team members seemed a little less friendly though. One of the ladies working asked Ashton if his pants were unzipped or something and you could tell he was embarrassed by it. She didn’t say it privately.
I’ve worked with Trevor a couple times now and everytime is always such a positive experience. Very personable and makes you feel valued. Always very friendly and quality work from the team!

Arrived at Toyota South for a door lock actuator repair. Was quoted a price to replace it to which I said it was warranty repair. Then, told me they didn’t have the part and it would have to be ordered and I would have to schedule another appointment after taking off from work. Then, they found the part that was held for the repair. I go in and wait a little over an hour and they come back to tell me it’s they held the wrong part and it would have to be ordered. I am yet to hear if this part has been ordered or what their plan of action is to get this fixed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer experience manager. I bought this car based on the good service I had experienced in the past. It seems there’s been a change that is not a positive one lately!
