While the mechanical service was completed, my vehicle was returned in an unacceptable state. My wheel lock key is missing. This is a significant safety and liability concern, as I am now unable to change a tire in an emergency. I am requesting that the service team locate my original key or provide a replacement set. Personal items from my dashboard storage were found scattered across the floor of the car. Returning a guest’s vehicle in this condition shows a complete breakdown in quality control and respect for property. I would like a service manager to contact me regarding the retrieval of my wheel lock key.

It would have been nice if I had known the extent of the service that was to be done on my vehicle and how much time it would possibly take. And what the cost would entail. That was a shocking revelation. Ashton was very nice and knowledgeable in the way he explained the things that needed to be done today. He was good about communicating what was happening and why it was taking so long. Other than that I would have given you a yes.
