I was thrilled with the service and helpfulness of Charlotte and all was great UNTIL after arriving at home, I started to church and the check engine light came on and said see your dealer. My scan said it was something to do with air flow. Please advise!!!

Absolutely love Toyota South! I had a safety concern with my Tundra and they were able to fit me in for a safety inspection that day. Charolette and the Master Tech listened to my concern and was able to immediately resolve my issue.

Don’t appreciate being quoted $120 for an alignment then being charged $20 more than quote for “shop supplies” when no shop supplies are needed for an alignment besides maybe 1 pair of latex gloves which surely doesn’t add up to $20 I think this is just a way to up charge the customer and don’t agree with it.

I missed the comment section on the first survey. We’re satisfied with Trevor but we are not satisfied with the battery being dead twice in 6 weeks. I don’t feel confident the car will start each & every time we need it. It tested ok today but obviously there’s a problem somewhere that needs to be addressed. This is also not the first battery & we had the same issue when the car was first purchased. This resulted in a new battery & this is behaving the same way.

I am disappointed with a $37.20 charge for shop supplies. I seriously doubt the services performed used $37 of misc supplies. Otherwise, your personnel were courteous and professional as always.
Matt was not the issue at all. He was fine. However, I dropped my car off at 10am and was told it would take a couple hours. I drove all the way from Georgetown with my 5 month old baby to have this done and had planned my day around it taking a few hours. By 1pm, I had not heard anything at all regarding an update, so I called. All I was told was that it was “in progress” and that she couldn’t give me an estimate at all. I then called back at 3pm because I had still not heard anything. After getting voicemail and then finally being called back, I was told it would be done by 5pm. It was only then that I received any text message about my car, so I’m under the impression it wasn’t even started until 3pm. I just think it’s unprofessional that you have appointment times and then 4 hours later, the car still hasn’t been started and no update has been given to the customer had I not called first. I understand things happen and you all get busy, but some better communication would have made the situation a lot smoother on my end. It also would have been nice to know from the start that it would have taken 7 hours to fix so I could have planned accordingly, or again, like I said, just having someone contact me so I’m not just out trying to kill time with an infant for the entire day.
The personnel were very efficient & professional. They were pleasant & helpful. I 'm going to mention Toyota South to friends & neighbors.
