The service included tire rotation. On the report says each tire was inflated with 34 psi but after a couple minutes driving I saw the flat tire light in the dashboard. I checked the pressure and the was 4 different pressures: 36 35 34 and 27!! And there was a valve cap missed. So I was very disappointed.

Back up lite & plate lite were burnt out. You should of replaced them. You have done this in the past.

I honestly felt like he couldn't be bothered with me. The only thing he ever said to me directly was that he couldn't help me connect my android phone to my car. Whoever actually serviced my car couldn't even be bothered to reset my clock. This is my second experience with this service department with pretty much the same results. My next Toyota service need will most likely come from another dealership even if it will be less convenient. Donovan, the salesman I went to in tears was amazing!
