Personnel were professional and pleasant. Prices were high even with coupon. Montieth Tire for example does an oil change for 29.95 which includes synthetic oil and a tire rotation.

I was surprised that the report stated that the tire pressure was 32 psi in each tire; which are the preferred settings. However they were all between 34 and 35 psi. I thought they may have set them back to the
recommended settings.
I was extremely satisfied that it took an hour as stated when I scheduled the appointment. I also like the report sent to my cell phone.

Service is top notch at heart city
Service was professional, on time, friendly, and what was promised was delivered.
Customer service told me they closed at 6, everyone was gone at 5:30. When they gave me the receipt the receptionist couldn’t tell me what service was performed on my vehicle.
After 3 days of service and $1700 later the problem with my heater still is not repaired.
I came in just looking for an estimate on a replacement headlight. I didn't think the actual work would be able to be completed until the next available appointment time on Tuesday, but they were able to replace the headlight on Saturday.
