Trevor followed up his text regarding our service with a personalized phone call. Both were appreciated.
I love the video going over the car however, it was difficult to hear all of what Treavor was saying. Alot of background noise. I always recieve great service at Heart City Toyota.

Amber was great. Concerned about the difference in pricing from tech to actual bill. Amber explained, but still very misleading. Also, technicians should not leave windows open!!!!!
Long wait, no resolution on our tire that keeps going flat, originally tried to charge for a missing lugnut when your the only ones that have rotated our tires, then a extra charge on top of the coupon for a oil change. Amber for the 2nd time with us seemed very short and rude. Not sure we will be back.
Only issue was the lug nut security key was left over by the driver seat and bag was on the passenger seat. We actually turned around to ask about it, but found it when we parked in your lot and driver got out of car
