The new text message process where you can pay your bill really stinks. First of all it’s really hard to read - definitely not for people over 50. Secondly, it is not apparent for first time users he to go about paying the bill. There’s just a tiny little photo of a credit card and we’re all supposed to see that and realize that’s where you click to pay. I’m not a fan.

Ricky was amazing. My Camry trunk light stopped working. The replacement light was the wrong light. The correct one was ordered, and installed in less than 10 minutes. Ricky was very apologetic for the mistake on the replacement light that was incorrect.
