I came in for an oil change and met Amber. She is a lovely young woman who is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and kind. She took time to answer my questions, explained the services I received at my car appointment, and encouraged me to call her for any help needed in the future, then gave me her business card for future reference. She was very helpful.
I know it is not in your control but am very dissatisfied with the auto start stop feature on the 2025 Rav 4. Wish there were a fix to disable this as it is hard on engine and the starter. Also it is a safety hazard if the battery is weak and car constantly stops at intersections and will not start again. I know there are aftermarket kits to disable this feature. I just dont wat to void the warranty. It is a shame Toyota does not offer a fix for this other than having to push a button every time the car is started.
I always get my prius service at heart city and I am always satisfied with the work that they do. Everyone seems to be helpful and friendly.

Ricky did a great job of acknowledging and explaining the trunk light issue with my car, and the under shroud issue beneath the car. While I don’t hold him responsible for the plastic shroud deformation under my car, I do hold Toyota responsible. That shroud should not be deformed and hanging down under my car. Especially a sport edition. It looks hillbilly. It takes away from the look of the car. Aside from that, Ricky Vargas did an excellent job. Toyota needs to look into the plastic shields under their vehicles.

Trevor was very helpful with first setting up my appointment over the phone & then providing important information about what to expect while there. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Trevor and gave clear and simple instructions. He had a very pleasant demeanor and seemed eager to assist me. Even when I had to come back because the wrong oil was put into my vehicle he made sure to make things right and didn’t charge me extra. I was very satisfied with my interactions. Thank you!

From the time I called and scheduled my appointment with Heart City Toyota until I walked out the door I was extremely impressed and satisfied with what I was told. No one tried to sell me on more needed service that I didn’t already know my car needed. The technician who talked to me and pulled up my information in the computer was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The actual technician assigned to me had the same qualities. The other person I interacted with was the lady in the office who checked me out and took my payment. She was just as friendly and professional.
