I called back when Robert was at lunch and spoke to Bernie. He indicated that the reason my bill was higher than the website oil change price was because I didn’t ask for the website price. He said there’s a senior citizen discount, but I didn’t ask for it. Since I spent 20k+full warranty on this vehicle at THIS dealership, why wouldn’t I expect the best prices on service as a regular customer? No where on the website does it indicate discounts ‘if you ask’. Why should I ever come back to Heart City Toyota?

Ricky is amazing. He provides great customer service and make me feel very comfortable taking my vehicle in to be serviced by Toyota in Elkhart. It’s very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t have the answer, he takes the time to find the answer. I will continue to be a customer as long as the customer service from the others are like Ricky’s.
