She was very knowledgeable, explained what my car need it and what will be next . Very clear explanation. She also was polite and very well my. This is the second time I have received great customer service from her.
Mr. Vargo was very courteous and responsive (esp. in adding 2-3 small items to the the check at my admittedly belated request). The entire process was handled very efficiently, facilitated by the automated updates throughout as we were in the waiting room. From the beginning, when I bought my car there, I’ve been very impressed by Heart City Toyota and the entire staff. Would recommend their sales, service and body shop to anyone.
