My vehicle's issue was challenging for the team to diagnose and required ordering parts on two different days. He also found some liquid on the ground where my car was parked and before I left he had them put it back on the rack to make sure it was not coming from my car, as he knew we were going to driving that car to Florida in a few weeks.
