Trevor was very friendly from the time I drove in to have an oil change and get two new batteries for my cars key fob . He even fixed my “console” He explained what was going to be done. When finished he explained everything ! Informed me of what would happen if I decided to have my AC checked out without ANY pressure???? I wish everyone had Trevor’s personality !

Very disappointed in the care. I was told I had to purchase a new battery in order for them to fix my recall. That Toyota would have to reimburse me. When speaking with Toyota I was informed that should have never happened. You don't pay for recalls. Now a single mother of 2 has $240 **** for no reason.
