Well I was a little surprised at the cost to change oil and a filter. I thought it was somewhat absorbent. I do like the service and I do like that it has been done at the same place but really for 6 quarts of oil and a filter $180. Plus you're starting to push your boundary so what I can afford which will make me look elsewhere. Thank you, Keith M

Amber was very nice . She did explain everything that would be done. There were a couple of issues , so she contacted me and we were able to decide on a plan of action.
Tires were not rotated or the air pressure adjusted. My front driver tire has been losing air and when I left Toyota it was still at 30psi while the others were 35. If they had been rotated without the air pressure adjusted, it would be a different tire that was low on air not the same.

I bought some nice tire valve caps because one was missing. I use one to put it on the one missing and today after picking up my car from service the only tire valve cap that was missing was the nice one. I know that it was there because I checked the car before dropping it. I had a whole set but and I was going to replace the other ones whenever I lost one, but now I need to replace the only nice one I had. It makes me think that if something that small is missing then I can’t leave nothing because it will disappear. More than the material thing is the act.

Trevor was professional and easy to work with. The service team was quick and efficient. I wish I was told beforehand that they were out of 0w08 oil as I got my vehicle back with 0w16 in it. I would have preferred to reschedule as now I need to bring it back to have the recommended oil replaced out of pocket. Nevertheless the job was done and I was in and out quickly.
Trevor did a great job and got my vehicle handled quickly!
Additionally, Donavan was great at walking me through a couple of used trucks on the lot!
