I had to wait 90 minutes for a loaner car. When after I had waited 40 minutes went to find out what was taking so long Bernie was very rude to me dont know if I will use your serve dept again.

$57.95 labor, is too much to replace a cabin air filter! I even removed contents of the glove box before arriving. That is over $20.00 more for labor than the oil labor! Isn’t checking the cabin filters part of your , “Multi Point Inspection?

We complained of slippage in the rear end. Trevor immediately knew what it might be. Sure enough, he found a recall for the rear traction motor & immediately placed an order for a replacement. He will schedule another appointment with us w/in a few days. Thanks Trevor. Good catch!
