Advised I needed new tires on my 15k mile brand new Toyota Camry. Vehicle was in a collision at approximately 500 miles on the car. Was alleged to have been realigned. Allegedly had even wear from point of collision to 5k service to 10k service but now at 15k in 5000 miles tire wear is uneven and I need 4 new tires and an alignment. And in one 5000 mile interval the tire wear is uneven enough the tire manufacturer would not warranty it per service advisor. I find all that hard to believe. I think it’s more likely Heart City never aligned the car just took payment, then the techs were not actually checking tire wear, and now conveniently at 15k it’s uneven wear and the shop gets to sell me 1000$ tires and an alignment.
Seems like some dishonesty going on here. I will be taking my two Toyotas for their 5k mile service intervals elsewhere.
They made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. They were very professional, polite, and helpful. Thank you again!
