Ricky is an excellent representative for Heart City Toyota. He did more than just listen to my concerns when I mentioned that my sun visor was “loose”, he immediately checked it and tightened it up. And then proceeded to get my vehicle in for its normal maintenance service. He kept me posted on my vehicles progress and had me quickly back on the road. Good job!
I don’t know who Ricky is, cause I dealt with Roy and Bernie. Overall, I’m impressed so far with Heart City and how I’ve been treated. I’ve mostly dealt with Roy. Had to bring my Sequoia in for factory paint issues peeling. It was approved by Toyota to be repainted, and unfortunately the left side did not match when it was done. Currently trying to work with Roy and the management at Heart City for a fair/equitable deal to get it resolved.
Will give good review after service Jacob helped me get settings back.
Bernie was great, very efficient.
Every time I come there I'm completely taken care of and I love the service everybody is very friendly and I've already called in in told my story about Toyota I will never buy from another company again because you guys treat me so Good.
