Heart City Service department has always been faithful in their assessment of work needed and not needed. I spent a career working with a major automotive system supplier as an engineer, having responsibility for warranty on those systems so diving into dealer claims and discovering the rampant fraud and abuse has caused me never to trust a dealership with my vehicles for most of my life. I have always done my own work. Until now. Heart City is delightfully different. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy.

I was greeted promptly by Amber , she reviewed the plan and gave me en estimated timeframe for the work. She is friendly and welcoming and wants to make sure your questions are answered and that you are satisfied. She makes it so easy which is why I drive from South Bend to Elkhart to have my car serviced.

Typically, a customer receives an estimate that he has to approve before moving to complete a project. I was never given that as when I dropped the car off I wanted to see what the cost would be to see if it would be worth it to fix it. The car is a 2010 and is on the last legs and I would have liked to have known ahead of time what the costs I would incur. I could have probably taken the car to Best Buy to get the items disconnected for no charge.
