Sarah was absolutely great. i'm a bit worried because both my old key and the new one are quite rough going into the ignition! My regular (old) key has always gone in smoothly and I'm hoping you didn't damage the ignition lock cylinder!

There was a problem with communication. My vehicle needed a part that had to be ordered. I waited in the lounge area until closing time. Finally I went to the service area where somewhat shocked employees told me what was going on. A nice young man apologized and quickly got me into a loaner. I like Sunshine, just wanted to make you aware.

All of your Service Writers have minimal customer skills. I was not greeted with a smile, or made to feel welcome . The bare minimum of respectwas shown to me. I am now extremely unlikely to ever interact with anyone from Sunshine Toyota. I have ALWAYS been pleased with Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo. I will be going there in the future and plan to avoid Sunshine Toyota.
