I have always had outstanding service from Courtney. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous service.
The rust was not fixed, it was just painted over. This is not acceptable.
Have a leased car with 5 free oil changes. On the Keychain it shows when to get those oil changes 5, 10, 15, 20, 25k miles. I came in for my 25k oil change, but because I was slightly over the 25k mileage, it was no longer free. I think thats a rotten thing to do to a loyal customer.
I was told my TPMS Sensor was reset and not blinking- it still on when I went to fix pick it up. I have to go back tomorrow
Sara is so sweet I love the way she came into the waiting room, called my name and said "your car is ready. Let's get you out of here my friend ". Everyone there is so accommodating.

Everyone was friendly and professional . Love the inspection because I would not have known that the cabin filter needed changing otherwise. I went to leave and saw that my car had been washed too !! Great service !!

Every encounter with sunshine Toyota is a pleasant one. I have been coming there for 21 years for a reason. When I was considering a new car and my picks were Toyota vs Honda, it was my experience with the service dept that tipped choice to Toyota (that and previous car performance).
