Vehicle has been in twice and service light is still on. I have about 300 in lost wages dropping it off and picking it up.not count all the other financial hardships this caused.
You charged 85 the first day and misdiagnosed the issue which was not repaired as nothing was done. No credit showed up on today’s bill for that 85 even after asking for it. I guess your willing to sell my loyalty for less then I expected as my level of trust has diminished.
Everything was just wonderful at sunshine Toyota, except the fact that when a customer has to wait a long time they should be notified by the tech or the service person so that some arrangements can be made to either leave and be picked up later or whatever the accommodations may be the customers time is just as important as the technicians time a customer should not have to wait any time longer than an hour two hours and 15 minutes is a little excessive and it was going to be longer. Had this problem once before looks like not much has improved.

The great service is why I bought Toyota again with my last car. I can get in quickly, the waiting room is comfortable, bathrooms pristine, and I appreciate drinks and snacks ( especially if I missed lunch!). I get updates about how the service is going while I wait.
My footpad got dirty due to staff’s oily shows.

Service advisor Sara ****, i had to reach out to dealership for any updates on my truck every time my pick up date got pushed back I had to call them for every update, my truck was pushed back 2 weeks from the original due date, would've been nice to be offered a lender vehicle since it was 2 weeks past the date but not a deal breaker.
All the service managers are wonderful (especially Courtney). Thank you for an overall staff who are caring and performing so well!

Had an appointment at 8 and didn't leave with my truck until 11:20 for a tire rotation and inspection. They made it up to me by giving a discount, but I missed my plans at 11.

I was disappointed the price I was quoted ended up $200 more than the quote. Sara did good at getting it corrected but the remains a concern.
