Courtney Whalen is always attentive and efficient. The young man who gave me a ride to work was very personable, and Chris, the service manager, arranges for my car to be brought to my work when finished. I have confidence in the work done on my cars. I give Sunshine Toyota the highest marks.

Oil change took twice as long as I was told. Then service rep took their time chatting while getting my paperwork ready. Zero sense of urgency. Normally I have the best experience

Let me say I have always been very happy with service and very nice people and very helpful. I brought car in for oil change and ask if they could check out drivers seat, it s electric hard going back and forth. They did and said he could fix since I didnt have coverage on my car. It would be a lot less than paying for a seat base. It would take two days, all arrangements made, brought car in and left a week or so later. No more got home and got a call, the base was too bad, which I understand, I appreciate they tried to make the cost easier for, so went back to pick up and was charged $85.00 for nothing. I thank Michelle for all her help and the young man who tried to fix my seat but Toyota come on, $85.00, isn’t that a bit steep for almost nothing? I still love my RAV.
