the service itself was very good. What we needed done was correct. however, the automated appointment notification system was not. we kept receiving msgs with time different than we were told when set up. then we got several other msgs, changing time or telling us we missed our appointment, very confusing. we called trying to follow up and did not receive any return calls from service. A little frustrating having dealt with this service dept for the very first time.
Sara was very accommodating and is a great asset to your team. I told her she brings the "sunshine" into Sunshine Toyota.

Michelle was amazing, providing prompt service for our vehicle while we were in Michigan visiting family. We couldn't have asked for more! Like we said, we will be back to visit family again and if needed, we will come back to see her especially. She is an asset to Sunshine Toyota!!!

Tires were not rotated due to needing new tires. Tires could have still been rotated as I am not going to be getting new tires right away.
Ive had you fix my lights 2 times now and I still don't have blinkers. You were supposed to have them match and now they don't work. Do they not check them before bringing it back? They worked before you replaced the last bulb on my last visit
