The video explaining all of the extra repairs I needed was vague and when I asked to speak with the technician who was working on my car I was told they were busy. Make better videos or make time to speak with your customers in person.

I specifically asked for my tires to be rotated while the brakes were being done. Confirmed with the person checking me out that it had been done. When in fact it had not. There are marks on each tire that I can identify. None had been moved. I was not charged for this service, so I am not mad, but I was assured it had been done, which was a lie. And that erodes trust a quickly.

I had to take my truck to Metro Toyota after my last service at Sunshine. The truck had been to sunshine for the same error 3times and they finally fixed the issue, however they tried to charge me for a part that was and OEM part and the truck is 3 months old they also never asked me if I approve the repair. The second issue is that the recall for the truck possibly moving while in neutral was done, however the tech that did it reset all the software in the truck. None of my cameras were working after that, so I was done with sunshine service department. I contacted metro they had the truck for 2 days to get it fix, so it was a total inconvenience.

Good service. Only complaints they lowered the psi in tires from 40 to 37 so now I have to go put more air in tires and the oil change price online is approx 70 dollars but at checkout you get hit with taxes and fees to make the price about 10 dollars more than quoted online. Just change the online price to reflect the fees otherwise it creates confusion at checkout.

The initial service was great! Tire rotation and oil change. And Courtney is wonderful! We were in and out to start our day trip to Chicago. After leaving the dealership, I toggled over to check my tire pressure was good before leaving town. I had all blanks, nothing registering yet. Driving the highway home, packing, and driving back to the dealership it was still all blanks. Upon entering again, I think her name is Sara asked if I needed something. I explained the tire pressure wasn’t registering. She asked John a mechanic to talk with me. That was the most condescending conversation I’ve had at this dealership. He spoke to me like a dumb female. I left and we began our trip. John said it could take up to 30 minutes driving at least 35MPH. It took 11 hours and 350 miles. Finally registered numbers on the highway back from Chicago at 8P last night. I was checking every half hour while driving to see when I would have the information available. So I could plan a return trip to the dealership the next morning if it still wasn’t working. It’s working now thankfully. But I won’t schedule service the day I’m leaving for a trip again.

When I got home I went through the printout about the service inspection on my truck. I requested that they check out the brakes while I was there and was told that everything was alright. But in the section for brake inspection there were no boxes checked, writings of any kind, which makes me wonder if they even looked at them.

The customer service is terrible. I personally had to call to get up dates on my vehicle. During the the time of my vehicle being "work on" i only received 4 update calls. Take my vehicle in during mid February take to March 25 to fix the issue. Two parts were ordered wrong. Plus show up a few times just to make sure my vehicle was getting work on. It got to the point were I called warrant company to get information on parts being order. Plus I called my car loan ag,police and a lawyer to get information on vehicle owners rights.
