Sara is always very friendly and helpful. Right now she's checking into why my phone call last year was blown off as "nothing to worry about" due to just what this year and make of vehicle does. I called because there was a rubbing noise when I first drove my Rav4 every morning and applied the brakes. I said it sounded like my rotors but was told it wasn't. Today my front brakes were looked at and I was told that it needs brakes and rotors because they can't be turned. I've never had my brakes worked on by Sunshine Toyota since I purchased it so if my rotors have to be replaced then Sunshine should pay for it since I was given incorrect information when I called specifically about the brake rotors and was told "Not to worry about it because, it's a specific trait of this year and make of Toyota Rav4. I'm waiting for a response from Sara. She said it would cost $600 with the new rotors. I don't neglect my vehicles and have been in several times going down the check list of what needs to be done on my Rav4 before it reaches 60,000 k. This was NOT my fault!
