Most everything was good with my service. Everyone was very friendly. The dealership was very clean and tidy. My only complaint is that it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I think that is a bit long for just that service. That won't stop me from coming there for service, but it should be looked into on why it took so long.

When I have an appointment for something I don’t except it to take 2 hours! It’s a nice waiting room but if you have an appointment and is going to be 2 hour wait we might want to let people know! I could have dropped my car off! Thank you
Really poor customer service. When I arrived the service person appeared annoyed that I arrived and it only got worse. As I was leaving, I noticed that my drivers side mirror was not replaced. I flagged the customer service rep down and she plainly stated that it wasn't included in my repair today. I asked why wasn't that shared during the check-out, she appeared too busy, and told me it had to be ordered. She proceeded to tell me, "Have a nice day." I drive 30 minutes to your service station, and I really felt defeated. What could have been a routine service update, turned into anything but Sunshine for my Toyota. I trust your personelle can attend trainings in customer service, as it was very unprofessional the exchanges I had with your staff. I have now had my Toyota serviced in both California and Michigan and this was by far, my worst experience.

I didn't see the job being done, for all I know they could have reset computer waited 20 minutes and returned the car with paperwork saying they did it.
I've only had good service at sunshine. I did buy my original product at spartan toyota in Lansing, but I work 10 minutes from your dealership, so all service has been done by sunshine since new. It's a little bit hard to get into but worth the wait. I **** at answering calls. It's a well maintained vehicle and it will stay in my family for years. I trust Sunshine Toyota with my kids first car.

There was a severe lack of communication regarding the service appointment. Dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday evening for service to begin Thursday Morning. Service to my vehicle did not start until the following Tuesday. Each update I received was due to me calling and requesting an update. The delays I do not hold Sarah accountable for but the lack of communication is in my eyes on her.
