The oil change/ tire rotation took an hour and a half, the usual complimentary car wash didn’t happen so I’m a little disappointed this time around

Exceptional service
Arrived during lunch and Sara was answering calls and finishing customers. She told me someone would be with me shortly. After five minutes and no other reps returned, she cheerfully offered to take my keys and get me started despite having dealt with a very difficult customer on the phone. Michelle was equally delightful after my service hopefully answering questions about my next mileage service requirements after checking me out. Great ladies on the front line.

Great people and attention!!! Helpful, friendly, informative. My vehicle is NOT my area of expertise!! I need to be led through “when to change the oil” and rotate the tires!!! Wish I were kidding but I am not!!!
I was surprised with how honest the service center was with me and they didn’t charge me for the rental car while my vehicle was being serviced. I’ll definitely come back for future service at Sunshine Toyota.
