Sara & service was great. The vibration seems to be gone. I was suspicious of the alignment as it was pulled up on a wrecker at an angle where the front drivers side tire kept being pressured against the side of the wrecker bed., as a result of the engine failure. Thus I expected it to be covered. I also thought it would have been more out of alignment.
The representative was kind and friendly. She immediately attended to me, gave me an approximate time when my vehicle would be finished. She kept it to the time. I was very satisfied with the job and the price.
The communication needs to improve. I called 5 times over two days with no answer and responded twice to a text with no response. The service is always good when there but please reflect on why the phone isn’t being answered

I took my Rav4 Hybrid in for a transmission and trans axle fluid change and had the pleasure of Sara Miles as my service coordinator. Even though it was a routine low cost service, I felt she gave me the same attention as someone spending thousands of dollars. It was great communication from start to finish, she hooked me up with a great loaner car, and the final price was a little lower than was originally quoted (of which was 25% lower than Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo). Stephen Lacy was the service technician and he left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and even honored my request to pull and save me a sample of the old fluid. Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I will drive 30 miles out of my way to Sunshine Toyota for any future needs!
