Only difference is I did not get one of those corner stickers in my windshield that says when my next service date and mileage should be. Other than that, all good—quick and reliable by all involved including Cortney at the service desk!
Sarah was very nice. I drove right back when I couldn’t remember how to get my dash display to go back to regular. (I’m old). Someone set it to trip meter. I also wanted a new windshield sticker showing mileage for the next oil change so it was printed. None of this would be a big deal for most people but I like those details done for me. I was treated with a smile & quick resolution however a “sorry for the inconvenience” would have been nice too.
Michelle is very warm and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and took care of my car. She explained what was done in an understandable way. She gave me her business card in case I needed anything else or had any questions. Excellent service!

Brought car in for steering wheel shaking. Tires were balanced for $70. Car still shakes. Spent 820 there today don’t have the money to have anything else done right now.

I have called a couple times before and not had a follow up. Your team only gives one return call and it's usually while I'm at work. I would encourage you to try multiple call backs to customers who exclusively have their service done through you even if they purchased the vehicle at another dealership. I've trusted sunshine for service since my truck was new even though spartan toyota kicked your **** on the purchased price because you're located close to my work. Get it together. I've been a loyal toyota buyer, but you need to make some changes. Get your service crew off their phones. Politely ask them to focus on work.
I was a little late for my appointment today and they still managed to get me in and out quickly. Which is good news for a guy running on 3 hours of sleep.
