Sarah was very courteous. I appreciated the prompt service. Vehicles do Rust that's a given. But I'm curious about the mechanics honest opinion, knowing that he broke off three rusted bolts servicing the truck, whether that rust is excessive or not or whether he would have bought that vehicle himself. I know it was Rusty under there but it's a 2012 I would appreciate some feedback from the mechanic
