Charged me for 2 hours of labor - $320. Requested service to install car parts hasn’t been done due to inability of technician to install car parts.

Michelle seemed really busy to answer my questions after my van was serviced. Her colleague, Sara, spent time in answering my questions. Sara was extremely helpful and showed me some dash board features on my new van that I did not know. Also, Dante in parts provided amazing customer service with some specific part numbers I needed for an upcoming order. I think Michelle may have been having an off day? ????

The experience of getting service to return a voice message was a horrible experience in time of need, especially being from out of town! Last Wednesday we needed a referral of a towing company to tow our car for service to your location for what we thought could be an expired battery. Our sister-in-law who lives in KZ and who purchased a car for her son from you referred us to you. Left voice messages starting around 1:00ish several times, with no response, for over an hour an half, while sitting in the car. Finally get a response/apology for not getting back to me with a towing referral, while I waited for a towing company that was like a brokerage house for tow trucks nationwide unbeknown to me, who never showed! Finally get Pops towing that was recommended by your staff. They tow to your location around 5:30 or so and I get a rental car to travel back home to South Bend. I was told I would hear back from you on Thursday. Waited for a phone call the next day from service as to the status of my vehicle around 3:30 and got another apology saying service hadn’t looked at the car yet. Ok, why did we have to call to find that out??? Where is the customer service call letting us know that? I was from out of town!! Is this how you treat your customers? Friday we were called at 1:30 and told our car needed a new battery. You don’t have it in stock. Can’t get it until Monday!
We have a car rental! Hello?!? Monday, we get a call at 1:30 telling us the car battery is installed and ready for pick up. We’re almost 2 hours away! Worst experience ever!! Your customer service representatives need training on how to treat customers respectfully with communication. Horrible experience!! Get rid of your voice mail and hire a live person to handle service calls! The gal at your front desk just transfers calls to service voice mail, phone calls that aren’t managed properly on a timely basis.
As always, Courtney is amazing and provides excellent and professional service. We couldn’t be happier with her service.
