I had a routine oil change and was accommodated getting my surprise breaks worked on also. In by 9 out by 4pm! That’s a good thing! Sara was polite and cordial in all of our interaction be it phone or in person!

I had been promised a loaner but none was available. They said I'd have to reschedule as someone was driving away with my vehicle. Once I got my car back and left the dealership to keep my appointed schedule someone calls & says they now have a vehicle. I run a business & would never handle any customer in this manner. No respect to the value of my time was given. One customer lost.
While your service person was very courteous, this is the second time I have been to sunshine Toyota where I purchased my vehicle and had to wait two hours for an oil change. I think that’s ridiculous. I had an appointment each time and I still waited two hours ! I will be taking my car elsewhere first service my car else.

Only difference is I did not get one of those corner stickers in my windshield that says when my next service date and mileage should be. Other than that, all good—quick and reliable by all involved including Cortney at the service desk!
Sarah was very nice. I drove right back when I couldn’t remember how to get my dash display to go back to regular. (I’m old). Someone set it to trip meter. I also wanted a new windshield sticker showing mileage for the next oil change so it was printed. None of this would be a big deal for most people but I like those details done for me. I was treated with a smile & quick resolution however a “sorry for the inconvenience” would have been nice too.
Michelle is very warm and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and took care of my car. She explained what was done in an understandable way. She gave me her business card in case I needed anything else or had any questions. Excellent service!
