When I went to pick up my car after taking it back four times I was trying to have a couple of questions answered. I was informed by Sara that I didn't needto be aggressive. She then ran over to another service advisor and said she couldn't help me. I spoke for less than a minute to the service advisor before speaking to the parts manager. She acted liked she really cared about the issues I was having. My main concern was the way I was treated not the service with my car.i am aware that my car is Oldham is why I took it to have it fixed at the dealership. I figured that if anyone could fix it. Again thank you to the parts manager for listening to my concerns.
