I dropped in without an appt because my car suddenly would not start. Sara assured me that they would check out my car right away. She kept me apprised of what was happening and what the new battery would cost. Sara has a great attitude and is fun to talk to!

I appreciate the service on my 2002 Sequoia (330,000 miles) provided by Matt Zapata whom I know and respect. Thanks to Sara for lining me up with a loaner car for the weekend and Tyler for giving me a lift to and from Grace Health where I work part time.
