Chris, the service manager, greeted me by name and arranged for me to borrow a vehicle to get to work. Courtney, my service representative informed me of needed brake repairs. Both Chris and Courtney are exemplary representatives of Toyota. I value the staff at Sunshine Toyota.
If they notice that there was an oil leak, there was no need for them to actually do an oil change. Plus, I needed them to fix the light on my license plate because it was out and they did not do it. They did however fix the front light. That was the only positive.

It took six trips into the service department for our issue to be resolved. Our negative experience was 100% caused by Toyota corporate and their inability to provide a solution within a reasonable time.. Sara and her team were very professional and committed to provide us with a solution. We are satisfied with the solution that was finally provided by Toyota corporate, but very dissatisfied at the number of trips to the service department required for a resolution. Sara provides exceptional customer aervice!!

Great service and great facilities.
I brought my vehicle in and suggested that the issue could be the thermostat. Instead of checking the thermostat the technician let the vehicle run for an hour hoping to duplicate the issue. I was there for almost two hours, paid $75 and lost who knows how much gas
