I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation, oil change and to service a recall on my Toyota. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I only received the oil change and tore rotation. The recall was not assessed and I had to schedule another appointment.

While the service manager Chris and others are working to resolve my ridiculously drawn out repair, Sara Miles was rude, disrespectful, and basically called me a liar. I did not appreciate her response to my issue. It is not my fault it doesn’t work, and it was NOT working when I picked up the vehicle. She also told me it was my responsibility to make sure it was fixed when I picked it up. Really l!?! I was called and told it was repaired, not that I needed to come and check the repair before taking it home. Still waiting for a resolution from Toyota for the issue .
They tried very hard but we we unable to connect the car to my phone. The rest of the service was terrific.

My fault I didn’t realize new tire purchases from your dealership had no protection services. In the past I bought replacement tires from discount tire that give free repairs & services . Just bought tires less than a month ago and already a service call. Other than that, service was fine. Lesson learned.
