Josh did a great job on the service and recall repairs.
Audrey is an excellent communicator and did a great job again today of texting me the information I needed. Reviewing that information when I ask her about it and helping me sort through next steps to get my truck back on the road today.
Every aspect of my experience was excellent. I was kept informed on the progress of the work being done.

Pleased but last oil change they had a chart that showed they checked flui levels where check breaks tires got weare I don’t know if you do that
Or it has to be request but what ask for was done but last time was done by Inskeep ford

Appreciated the work while it was under warranty but wish a loaner car was available as it was in the shop for three days and warranty would have covered it.

I sent an email about this already but the tech left my steering column panels off and didn’t lock the steering wheel so as I was driving down the road that moved prior to me noticing.
They took way too long to give back my car, I had to take someone else’s car for my road trip to the East Coast, very long wait to get my car back
Josh was great and we appreciated all he did to make our big repair not so stressful with providing another vehicle to drive while ours was being worked on and to give updates when possible. Thanks to Josh & Capital City.
