The service people at capital were great and I’m sure the car is mechanically sound now, but I’m extremely disappointed in the Ford/Lincoln motor company… not standing behind a known design flaw is unconscionable.

You charged me $16.50 for shop materials. when I asked what exactly that was she said gloves and rags. How many gloves and rags got used on a one axle brake job? I will never go back there to purchase or have work done. I am going to put this experience on social media as well.
