I thought I had made an online appointment earlier in the week. I went in and there was nothing on the schedule, no confirmation on my end. Totally my fault. Audrey got me in and out for an oil change in under an hour. Will return for all my service simply for not turning me away because of a scheduling misunderstanding on my end. Thanks!!
