Wanted additional fees for everything. 2 concerns I had should have been found in the service inspection and I got charged $180. Said I need new front tires but they are at 8 and 9 /32. Instead of switching them side to side to try and help the chopping that was not even mentioned until I brought it up. Told them at check in if I needed fuel filters to do them they didn’t but said I needed them. Now I remember why I prefer dealing with small service providers instead of dealerships. I won’t be back

I came in for a rough idle and misfire concern. It was recommended that I have a fuel system cleaning performed because the injectors could be clogged. After having this service performed I was told the misfire was gone and it was running better. When I picked up my vehicle it wasn't running any better and I spoke with the technician. He agreed that the issue could be carbon fouling on the intake valves. This is not what I was told by the service advisor. I, and nearly every competent technician, know that running a fuel system cleaner and intake cleaner will rarely resolve carbon fouling on valves that have progressed to the point of causing misfires. This was a huge waste of money and time. The intake valves need to be cleaned manually with media. This is why people avoid dealerships like the plague.
