Audrey was very professional, knowledgeable and personable! She was very thoughtful with follow-up as well! She offered to have our car delivered to our home after service! She knew my husband was in the hospital. Audrey was amazing! Also, the lady in accounting, was so nice as well. I believe she said her name was Jenny. She let me know I had a credit on my Ford pass and saved me $83! Both ladies made my day! Thank you!

Always great service from Regina, to the person checking me in, the service tech and the person checking me out. However, the text showed I recd a green check for tires but the new sticker has a yellow check for the tires. ?

Tech said vehicle needed to have modules updated. The update was started without discussing with me first. I had a place to be at 3:45 and service advisor notified me what was needed and it was in progress which could take 1 - 2 hours to complete. She did suggest that they stop the update...but knowing enough about some updates I was concerned it would be a larger problem. I finally had my truck back about 5:00. Solution would be to advise customer before starting module update.

The labor charge for a repair that took less than 45 minutes was extremely high. I will be taking both my vehicles to another place for routine repairs and maintenance in the future.
