I just wanted an oil change and I got the feeling you were going bumper to bumper to find something wrong with my car. You were continuously coming back into the waiting room with some new problem that you had found. Making me think that you were trying to find something. Your $70 oil change that I went in for ended up costing me $358, and it would have cost me more if I had not said “No” to the front end alignment they wanted to do.
When i went to pay i question the charges she told me after using my ford pass point my balance was 188.00 and change i said why so much it was oil change with tire rotation its about 90 plus my light changed told 29.99 and a filter they came out and asked me about he said 34.99
She would have charged me wrong if i did not question it she added a 100.00 she said oh i added a 1 i have had problems before with checking out I don't seem to have a good over all experience when i come here my truck being serviced was fine no issues at least none my husband has not checked everything yet for me

Audrey is a fabulous service advisor. She set me up with pick up service for an oil change. They were here to pick up my vehicle within 15 minutes. Audrey called to inform me there were some other items that needed addressed and asked if I would like them to fix those items. I gave them the green light. She called me back when they were finished. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Capitol City Greenfield is the only place I will take my vehicle for any type of service.
Very quick service done on my F-150. Communication was awesome on the repairs that were being done. Installed an entire new break system in such a short time. My truck now drives like new. Very appreciative on a job well done. I totally highly recommend their service department.
Josh was upfront polite and courteous, and answered all my questions. It was it was enjoyable to be able to have a discussion with Josh and he took the time and had the patience to answer everything I asked.
I was scheduled for a different day and I needed to take my wife to the doctor and I needed to reschedule for a day earlier and they accommodated my situation. The work was done quickly and professionally.
