I was really unhappy that I was charged a $189 diagnostic fee to fix a software problem on a vehicle I purchased from you last Friday and had this problem at the time of sale. I was also given various excuses for why the $4000 warranty I purchased wouldn't cover it either. Not how you want to make a first impression with a paying customer.
