The lady that helped me went above and beyond to help me out. She was terrific. My only complainit is the labor charge for a short repair. I was there for an hour and a half with a power outage and you charged me over $300 in labor. That seems excessive

I made a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and look at a leaky tire. At 9:30 I had heard nothing about an update or if it wasn’t finished what the hold up may have been. After I checked on it at 9:30 myself I was told working on the tire leak. An advisor came to apologize about the wait and said they should be done soon. Approximately 10:30 or a little later it was completed.
I want to add this advisor and the service department has always given me excellent service up to this point in the last 2 1/2 years. I feel the ball was dropped and I was just left hanging. It seams like I should at least get a credit for future work because of the excessive wait. Which they did know I was waiting on it! Thank you!
Awesome service they are the Best. Iny2018 F150 I haven't had any heat. The heater core went out this past summer. They were able to get everything and NOW I have heat. They are my heroes Audrey was great everyone is family. They are the BEST ??
