Aubrey did her job but I was put off by the way that my problem was handled since I bought the tires from Capital City Ford. There was a valve stem problem that caused the tires to lose air. I think I should have gotten new valve stems when they were put on. I live on a fixed income and can’t afford this kind of negligence.
Miss Audrey Sego is one of the most personable and friendliest humans I have ever had the pleasure to meet.Her friend base reaches halfway across the world and respectfully so! She’s hard-working, and very knowledgeable. I’m sure Capital City Ford is very grateful to have her as their service manager!

It took 2 hours to get a oil change with an appointment, but they were cordial when I suspected them of loosing my oil cap. It kinda balanced out.
I appreciate the quickness and kind service of this dealership and the service tech Josh Wiesenauer.
