Audrey is great.
I got a works package and there was oiil/grease residue left on the ceiling by my driver side door. Also when the techs replace the sticker in the window, they never scrape off the residue/glue from the previous sticker. A razor blade and 30 secs is all it takes. Also the new policy for having to completely refuel the loaner vehicle is a bit much.

The check in attendant failed to explain there was a $200 diagnostic fee to me when I got there this morning so that was an extra expense I wasn’t expecting. Please have this explained to customers.
