I have been having Brake issues for several months. Loud noises! I asked for this issue to be addressed at last oil change in April. I also purchased New Tires from this Dealership in December and was promised a Rebate, which has not been received! No one told this 77 year old ex-Marine that I had to file a claim online with Ford to get this! If I am buying new Ford vehicles (over 30 new vehicles), why should I have to jump through more hoops to get the ADVERTIZED Rebate! I am pretty sure I am done buying anything else through this Dealership!

She was super nice, courteous and very willing to help. This location of Capital City Ford is by far better than the Indianapolis location. I was able to get right in without an appointment, and my service was completed in s timely manner which exceeded my expectations. I will use the Greenfield for all my service needs in the future.
