The sales service needs some work
If this was a serious problem with my car , why did it take less than 15 minutes to fix .. He said he was just looking for a code on my vehicle.. He did not work on anything at all .. And there a still recalls coming out ..

You had my truck for 3 weeks to fix a recall. The only time I received an update was when I called and asked for an update. I was out of town for a week , which the service department knew about, and never was given an update. Your service department communication and customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Our family company probably purchased 25 vehicles there and I stayed loyal after the sale. This poor service has lost my loyalty and I will not deal with Capital City Ford again.

Audrey was fantastic!! I stopped by to see if a part needed ordered, she checked and found it in stock. She then said she could have it installed in 30 minutes instead of setting an appointment. I went from stopping in to see how long it would take to have a part in and then have to set an appointment to leaving with the problem taken care of. What is even more outstanding is she knew my name without asking, I stress this as over the last couple of years I have worked with the other advisors. Customer service is what separates companies from the rest.
