It’s obvious to me that Josh is familiar with Ford vehicles as he perfected the sound I am experiencing in my maverick. Of course his Ford did the same sounds which was encouraging to know it was a FORD thing.

Josh was phenomenal as usual. He communicated with me during the entire process from my car being dropped off by AAA to pick up. He even stayed a little late to allow me the chance to come in and pick my car up! I have never had a bad experience at this Greenfield location unlike the Indy location.
