Had an appointment scheduled for 9am. Was told I would be done before the afternoon. Only looked at the vehicle for 30 mins, but had to wait around until 130pm. They didn't put the rear wiper on until I reminded them that it was supposed to be done as well. Was supposed to fix a recall and they did not. They said Ford was not doing it. Just very unorganized and not a trustworthy place when they give you their word. No issue though. Don't plan on coming back and plan on trying my best to keep people away from that dealership/service department.
Only concern was truck was outside which resulted in door being frozen & would not latch. Took 20-30 mins to thaw out to start working “normal”

Capital City Ford did a great job on my 2018 Ford Focus. I feel like it's got more pick-up than when I brought it in. The ride also seems to be more solid.

I have called 3 times to make an appointment and never received a call back one time which never received appointment on that call, someone was suppose to call me back. Last oil change was told that I had a leak and was quoted $160 and needed a new battery. I held off and I was trying to find out about the leak & battery. I was told today (before service) that I needed a “diagnostic leak” and it was going to be $150-200 just for diagnostic. I declined, when I picked up the car today the battery was in green (????) and I need new wipers and new rear brakes. Weird…..also the advisor Josh is the most rude person to deal with the public! I will not be back and I’ve been bringing my fusion there for years!
About a year ago when I picked up my vehicle the headliner was nasty dirty and the car had been driven like 40+ miles! So the headliner was cleaned by your team and ever since Josh has been an **** hole!!! What a jerk!
