It took 3 visits to resolve the issue. Which was the frozen drivers door. Eventually fixed by replacing parts.
Been 24 cold hours with no issues so far
Very professional and extremely nice also to put the icing on the cake they delivered my vehicle after the service was complete I will definitely be returning for future service on my new ford f150 thanks again Josh
Thanks for working my wife’s car in without an appointment. She said the car was starting a little slower than normal with the cold weather this week. With a new battery it is starting like a champ !!!

Drivers door continues to fail to latch when it’s cold.
If you lock/unlock/ pull inside handle- after few attempts finally latches.
Only a issue when cold

Had my tire replaced on warranty at Don Hinds last Friday. Screw in the tire.
Notified by the app Saturday that I was losing tire pressure in that tire. Take it to my preferred service center and the leak was at my valve stem. Not under warranty. So my wheel has been removed twice at least since I bought new tires and once to rotate. Valve stem was fine up until Don Hinds yet it’s not warranty. It’s not the cost just the time I wasted dealing with all of this was well over the $57 I spent for the valve stem. Mostly due to what I feel was Don Hinds service but aggravating nonetheless.
Some dash controls were not working and the avg mph was way off. Treated badly by service personnel.
Josh did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop about my vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure I was charged fairly given I had just brought my car in for expensive service. As always, I felt well taken care of by everyone at Capital City Ford Greenfield.
I had a issue where a recall service wasn't showing up as being completed with Ford. I spoke to Autumn and she called me back letting me know that the service should show up as completed. I checked the Ford app today and the recall notice no longer shows up. A big thanks to Autumn for getting this corrected.
I am above and beyond satisfied with the assistance I received from Audrey Sego from my last vehicle repair. She made the process as easy as I could have hoped for and made the inconvenience of any vehicle in shop repair go as smoothly as possible.
