I was never approached of what was wrong with my truck. I was never given an estimate of what it would cost. I never gave the ok to do the work. When I did see someone it was when she handed me the bill.

Mostly satisfied until I was told that my truck bed cover issue would have to be dealt with by the Indy location. Why?
Josh was very helpful with my recall problem and even brought 3 more recalls to my attention. He had the parts for my wiper recall on hand and had them installed in less than 15 minutes which was great because I was leaving for Florida in 3 days. We have made plans to take care of the other 3 recalls as soon as as I return home. Couldn’t have been more pleased!
