Josh was phenomenal as usual. He communicated with me during the entire process from my car being dropped off by AAA to pick up. He even stayed a little late to allow me the chance to come in and pick my car up! I have never had a bad experience at this Greenfield location unlike the Indy location. I will always bring my car to this location. Thank you, Josh, for your excellent customer service, patience, and knowledge. I hope the company values you as much as you deserve.
