She also made us aware of another situation that we will have taken care of in the future. We will definitely be bringing our vehicle back to Capital City Ford to have the work done.
I have always trusted capital city ford with maintenance on my 2007 Edge. I now have a 2019 which I will take to capital city for maintenance.

When I picked up my Explorer it was very dirty. I understand water had to be used to troubleshoot the situation, but water was used and let to dry on the vehicle. The vehicle was dropped off clean and returned dirty. I personally don’t have the time in my day to take an hour for this to be resolved.
