Came in with excessive brake dust on front brakes of my 2022 Bronco spot with 1818. Miles. I was told brakes are working properly. I didn't have an issue with the brakes not working. My wheels are covered in brake dust within two days of washing. I was told to clean the wheels weekly. I am not happy with this response who thinks that having a brand new vehicle and you have to clean wheels weekly.
Josh was helpful and informative. Reminded me of need to get last free oil change before mileage limit was reached. I just wish it weren't so far to get to you guys!

Ur team did not find the problem with my mother's car. Now I don't know what to do,as I can not let her drive a vehicle that has problems. Plus . Was very disappointed in the availability of contact with ur team. I'm not mad and would consider brining it back once I figure out the problem. Ty
I had a very unusual problem with the radio and my tech worked diligently to find the problem and get the part ordered. Very friendly and attentive to my concerns. Great group to have on my team of experts.

I am extremely thankful that Greenfield Ford Service was able to replace the water pump and to do the numerous recalls that were on the Fusion in less than a week. I am also thankful that the car was repaired a day early, as that provided an extra day to return the rental and pick up my car, as I work outside of the Indianapolis area. I also found who answers the service department phone to be most helpful, as she helped and assured that the car could be repaired as all of the parts were available, as I had the car at another garage that was not able to replace the water pump. I will consider Greenfield Ford Service again even with the distance from Indianapolis, especially as other Ford Service Departments estimate several weeks before the repair. Thank you very much!
A screw is missing underneath the truck and they zip tied it up. I'm bringing it back to get done right when I have time.
The mechanic was thorough with his inspection and timely with the oil change as well as with the air filter and windshield wiper replacements that were needed.
She is always very patient and thorough explaining everything to me so I completely understand. She’s a keeper!

My experiences with your service department have each been excellent.
Amazing service and communication, had a whole lot of work done in a really short time. They helped me out a lot and zip tied some extra parts that weren’t secured. And everytime I come here for something unrelated my check engine light goes off, so that’s a nice surprise.
