i told you what was wrong with the vehicle. You checked it out and confirmed it was the ecu It is literally 1 12mm bolt holding it to the frame which is above the drivers side rear tire. When you called me back you confirmed it was the ecu and said it would be $1200. I said how much is thebpart because ray charles could find it in change it in less then 10 minutes. You stated it has to be programmed which it a plug and play part. Show me in any repair manual where you program it. you dont. Then I was going to get the part and put it on myself in thevparking lot but i had so much going on. So you reduced the bill to 900. The part is at list ( which I expected to pay) $430. I told you what was wrong before you looked at the vehicle. Then when you said 1200 i was set back. told you it was a 10 max job where the part was, where the bolt was that holds it on
and how easy it was. Did you think I was talking out of my **** or knew the story. I live here and will never go to that dealership again. I have 3 toyotas. You didnt see the greer toyota sticker where you changed the oil ? I paid the 900 because i didnt want a wire cut to the fuel pump

actually got no service...a fuse has burned out twice..obviously an electrical issue but I am supposed to pay to get it fixed...you transferred a brake controller to my new 2022 from my 2020 Tacoma..it has not worked correctly since tge trade but you want to charge me to fix it..nope and nope...completely unsatisfied

Took 2 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and change filters. I had a scheduled service maintenance so it should have been finished sooner with an appointment.
Suggestion--Remove "Make a service appointment online" since there seems to be no connection with the service department. I was grateful that the service department graciously worked me into the schedule and serviced my Camry.
It was a productive visit. Courtney was most helpful.
